What is our story?
It is all thanks to a dog who farted

It is all thanks to a dog who farted

Ivan (in the shirt) watched Tara (in the scarf) struggling with her digestion and a poor coat. So he picked up a wooden spoon and set out to make balanced food that would keep Tara healthy. And Tara got better*!
That is when Ivan started cooking for every dog he knew! And after a great deal of research, effort and love, Pas Kitchen was born.
*she stopped puffing away and her coat ended up like the hair of the woman in a shampoo advert.

And we love dogs. We worry so much about what we put into ourselves, and often think so little about what we give our best friends to eat.
Gently cooked food keeps the nutrients of natural ingredients and gives your dog a long and healthy life.
We make our food in a kitchen, not a laboratory.
We are the only ones making dog food whose aim is your dog's complete health.
We are very fussy about what goes into Pas Kitchen. We carefully choose the ingredients, ratios, vitamins and minerals for a balanced meal.
We avoid single-use plastic, and all our packaging is easy to recycle. We know this is only the beginning.
A dog usually needs 7 - 10 days to get used to new food. For furry ones with a sensitive stomach, settling in can take even longer.
No, we haven't eaten two days' worth ourselves. The idea is that your dog's food arrives regularly every month, so you never again have to worry about running short or ending up with too much. With a little notice we prepare your dog's box on the same day, every single month.
We put together a feeding plan and work out the right amount of food for your dog. Then we cook it fresh, just for them. A subscription saves you money and you can cancel it whenever you like. Like Netflix. 🍿
We take a number of things into account when working out your dog's portion size. We ask how old they are, how much they weigh, their build, their activity level, how many treats they get a day, and so on.
The calorie guidelines were developed by our experienced veterinary nutritionist, who specialises in balanced diets for dogs.
Pas Kitchen is not raw food. When we say fresh, we mean it is neither tinned nor dehydrated, but gently steamed so that it is safe, healthy and keeps all the nutrients your best friend needs for a healthy life.
Most Pas Kitchen orders of 28 packs fit into a single fridge drawer.
Serve it straight from the fridge, defrosted. There is no need to cook or heat it.
If your dog is a really fussy eater or prefers warm food, you can heat Pas Kitchen up. Warm Pas Kitchen is perfectly safe and even tastier to your dog, because it smells so good.
Pas Kitchen arrives frozen. You can put some of the packs straight into the fridge to defrost overnight. A defrosted, unopened pack keeps in the fridge for up to 7 days.
Keep the rest of the grub in the freezer for up to 12 months.
An opened pack is safe in the fridge for up to 3 days.
Every dog is different, and you know your dog best. If you would like to change the amount of food we recommended or are delivering, get in touch at any time and we will adjust the order to suit your dog.
We deliver the grub and feed snouts all across Croatia.
Don't worry, we love spam about as much as a Maltese loves a bath
