Še-Purica

We made this recipe for snouts who adore their flying friends but do not get on with chicken. As it turns out, though, we noticed that every snout adores Še-Purica.

Into the recipe we put lovely fresh turkey bursting with nutrients. We buy the turkey from the same gentleman at the market where we buy our own turkey for the holidays. We just hand the mlinci back. With a recipe this rich and balanced, a dog needs nothing more for a tasty meal and a healthy life.

The rest is lovely vegetables full of vitamins for glossy skin and coat. Like the hair of that woman in the shampoo advert. Admit it, you are now picturing a dog with her hair.

We have also added pulses full of fibre for digestion and those healthy oils and minerals with plenty of B letters and a whole alphabet of vitamins.

All of that we gently steamed and put in a bowl. What we got is food that looks after a dog's muscles, teeth, skin and coat, bones, heart, nervous system and eyesight. Yes, we crammed all of that into one recipe.

You know what is even better? That apart from everything above we add absolutely nothing else. No processed nasties and no animal by-products of the sort that make dogs fart, ruin their coat and their stools, make them ill and leave them forever drinking water because of all the dehydrated stuff.
