This Privacy Policy (hereinafter: the „Policy“) explains how Pas Kitchen d.o.o. za proizvodnju i usluge, registration no. 81408996, with its registered office in Zagreb, Frane Bulića 9 (hereinafter: „Pas Kitchen“) collects, uses and manages your personal data. Pas Kitchen is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. Please read this Policy carefully to learn why and how we collect your data, and how we use it. With regard to the personal data we collect, Pas Kitchen d.o.o. is the “controller of personal data”, that is, the entity that determines the purpose and the manner in which the data will be processed.

2. How and when do we collect your personal data?
We collect your personal data when it is relevant for your needs as a consumer, or for our business (for example, when you buy and/or order products and/or services from us, when you contact Pas Kitchen Customer Support, when you subscribe to our newsletter, when you complete customer surveys, or when you give us feedback about our products and services, and so on).
Most often we receive your personal data directly from you when you order particular products or services or when you complete a particular form.

Please remember that this is only information about the possible uses of your personal data that you may encounter when visiting our website, when buying from us, or when using our services. 5. Where is your personal data stored?
We keep the personal data we collect about you in a secure environment. Your personal data is protected against unauthorised access, disclosure, use, alteration or destruction by any organisation or individual.
Certain data is still kept in printed form, but our intention is to digitise all the personal data we process. Processed data is kept on Pas Kitchen premises and in its IT systems, but sometimes we also store data on the servers of our trusted partners.
6. Does Pas Kitchen share your data with third parties?
Protecting your privacy is very important to Pas Kitchen, so we will never share your personal data with third parties for a purpose not described in this Policy.
We may give your personal data to our trusted partners who maintain our IT systems or who provide services to you on behalf of Pas Kitchen. For example, for marketing, financial or advertising purposes, in order to process payments or deliveries, or in order to provide the other services we offer in store or outside it. Under the relevant agreements, however, these service providers are obliged to use the data entrusted to them solely in accordance with our instructions and strictly for the purpose we have stated. They are also obliged to protect your data properly and keep it confidential.
In some cases your data may be processed outside the European Union, by our partners who provide services on behalf of or for Pas Kitchen. The agreements signed with those partners oblige them, however, to process your data using special security measures, in accordance with the regulations in force in the member states of the European Union.

8. For what purposes do we use your personal data?We use your personal data in various ways, mainly to perform our contractual obligations towards you, but sometimes we also use it to improve the shopping experience, for direct marketing or for security reasons. Please click on a particular heading below to learn more about the purpose and the legal basis for collecting the data.
8.1. Processing orders and providing services
When you make a purchase through the Pas Kitchen online shop, depending on the situation you may be asked to provide certain personal data that is necessary for the purchase to be completed properly. This is particularly likely if, in addition to buying our products, you also decide to buy one of our services, such as delivery. Likewise, in order to process your order and verify the accuracy of the personal and financial data you have given us, we use third-party payment systems, so as to ensure secure payment and prevent fraudulent use of your data. If you wish to pay for products and services over the internet, Pas Kitchen needs to receive payment details, including the credit or debit card number, the card expiry date, the CVV code, and the billing address.
To make sure that the products and services you buy from us are delivered to the correct address, we work with trusted external partners and share with them some of your personal data that is necessary for providing the relevant services (for example, your name, delivery address and any delivery preferences you have given, such as the part of the day you would like delivery).
8.2. Customer service
If you contact our Customer Service, we will need your contact details so that we can deal with the request you contacted us about. Such data will be used only for that purpose. In certain cases we will use the services of third parties to whom we have entrusted your data, to the extent necessary to resolve your case, as described in the section Does Pas Kitchen share your data with third parties? In this case, they may be transport service providers, as well as suppliers of IT systems working with Pas Kitchen as part of technical support.
You can also contact Pas Kitchen Customer Service when you would like to make a purchase from Pas Kitchen by telephone. In order to make a purchase by telephone, Pas Kitchen must process data such as: your name and surname, billing address, delivery address, voice, telephone number and email address. You share this data voluntarily and, if you do not, the order or the delivery may not be completed.
Your calls with Pas Kitchen Customer Service are recorded. These recordings are used to evidence the content of the conversation and to improve the quality of our services. If you do not want the conversation between you and a Pas Kitchen employee to be recorded, we recommend you use the contact form instead.
8.3 Improving our products and services
If you choose to receive the Pas Kitchen newsletter, we may contact you to ask you for feedback about our products.
If you contact our Customer Service by telephone, email or chat, you will be asked to rate that interaction so that we can improve the quality of our service. If you make a complaint, once it has been resolved we may ask you to rate how satisfied you were with the complaints procedure.
8.4. The Pas Kitchen website
Some data about you may also be collected when you visit the Pas Kitchen website. This data will be processed for a specific purpose, of which we will inform you no later than at the time of collection. Pas Kitchen would like to send you information about our products and services that may interest you. However, we are only allowed to send such marketing material if you choose to receive it. Please note that you can easily unsubscribe at any time, even if you have given consent to receive our marketing messages.
You have the right to stop us contacting you for marketing purposes at any time. If you no longer want us to contact you for marketing purposes, click the unsubscribe button at the end of our marketing message (email/newsletter).
8.8. Other personal data you give us
You may voluntarily give us information about your personal product preferences, your reasons for buying particular products, and details about your dog and your lifestyle – which help us learn more about your purchasing choices and further improve your shopping experience.

9. Entry into force and amendments to the Privacy Policy
This Policy enters into force on 1 December 2021.
